Quick - and slow.

Life has been pretty strange for the past couple of years.

One moment, I was managing the communications project for Aviva's sponsorship of my beloved Norwich City FC. The next thing; well, that came to an end, and I was afforded two years of doing largely nothing. Personalities sometimes clash, I guess.

I got loads of money to leave. I shut down. I needed to.

The 'think time' that I got to have was immensely beneficial. I now have a far, far clearer vision of where I need to be, what I need to do.

My work now is amazing. I work for Wembley and the Emirates (Arsenal), training people to provide the best experience to our guests that they've ever had. My walk to work? I leave Wembley Park station each morning, and walk down Wembley Way with the iconic arch in front of me. I feel totally blessed.

What I do next is wonderful, because for the first time in my life, I know this one thing:

The very next move I make, will be for me. It feels so liberating.

Somebody may come with me. Or they might not. That just adds to the interest...
